- Once preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt through our website or customer service to resolve the matter.
- We do not accept returns of consumed or opened sweets due to food safety reasons.
- No food items can be returned after 14 days from the date of purchase, as per Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW).
